Klekawka painting

in my studio there is a reproduction on canvas of a painting from painter Klekawka named "Jugenderinnerung Bei uns im Hof" which is a sort of gateway to the popular areas of the old Berlin. and there is a real window on a huge and majestic tree.

birds, birds everywhere here, so many that you'd better keep an eye on your food if you do not want it to be tasted :) i witnessed this adorable scene yesterday and made me want to share my personal collection of birds at home

Happy Easter!

Here in Germany Easter is an important celebration. There are a lot of really lovely things for the occasion for kids and grown ups. Trees decoration, Easter eggs made of papier mache filled with fake grass and chocolate, bunnies everywhere, and a bunch of cherrytree branches to decorate the home to let the spring in.

Newcomer

Here is the lamp I bought for our home: it's a seventies wooden lamp and it's height can be adjust as wished. I love the very cosy light that it makes at night.

Treasure n°2

Let me introduce you to Telma, Louise and Gunther.
I love these two hat displays, dating form the 1970's and made of plastic. I found them on a fleemarket in Paris ten years ago. They look so cute and so mischievous: they look like they're preparing some kind of practical joke against this poor Gunther.

Treasure n°1

From time to time we will show you one of the vintage treasures we have hat home. You won't find these objects in our shop (except if we find a second one), we love them too much to let them go! We enjoy using them but also contemplating them. We like the idea of these objects having had a fulfilling life before coming into ours. Especially when these objects are much older than us.

Today let us introduce our coffee machine : a vintage Krups coffee machine which works perfectly and makes coffee just as strong as we like it !

Meaning space
