yesterday we went to my favourite japanese restaurant. i loved the food as always but also the new lighting they set up: they used red vintage vinyl records racks (find them here) as lamp shades and hung very vintage looking bulbs in the kitchen corner.

I love the hanged vintage red bulbs. You just gave me an idea. We are on the process of designing and planning for our kitchen renovation. I think those hanged bulbs with look good in the counter area.

I totally agree with you. The vintage bulbs look really nice. I have a thing for hanged bulbs that's why i find them totally beuatiful. I think i want those for my kitchen.
