Antique 19th Century French Louis XV Style Sofa Loveseat

here is a very pretty and elegant sofa made during the middle part of the 19th century from solid beech with a great antique patina, adorably adorned with a floral crest standing upon the seatback and seat flanked by padded armrests and supported by graceful cabriole legs. This item is called a Louis XV piece, also called Roccoco style or Pompadour style (from the Marquess de Pompadour).

delicatessen

we went back to Sigismondo. it is a lovely place where you can have coffee and eat (italian), it is also a deli where you can buy all sorts of italian products.
'delicatessen' is actually a german word used in english, and also a great film from french directors Marc Caro and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, who made the worldwide famous Amelie from Montmartre.
